We are part of the American Federation of Musicians (AFM). The AFM is a union of professional musicians across the United States and Canada dedicated to ensuring that those who create and perform music can build sustainable, rewarding careers. Through collective strength, we negotiate for fair wages and working conditions, protects musicians’ rights and recorded work, while providing access to valuable benefits such as pension and health plans, and we build coalitions that advocate for the interests of musicians at every level of government and industry.

Our aim is to bring musicians together in solidarity, empowering them to support one another, develop their craft, and ensure that music remains a respected profession for future generations.
